Overeaters Anonymous Is Here For You.

No matter where you are in your journey.

For many, compulsive eating is a source of comfort, a way to escape, and for some an obsession. From overeating to anorexia, and every behavior in between, millions of people around the world struggle with an unhealthy relationship with food.

But there is hope! No matter where you are, Overeaters Anonymous has your back.  OA is a community of people who support each other in their recovery from compulsive food behaviors.

The NHI Workshop Committee is holding a Step 11 Zoom Workshop

Spring Forward and Renew Your Spiritual Connection

on Saturday, March 30th from 12:45-3pm.

The Workshop will feature 3 speakers who will share actions they take to improve their conscious contact with their Higher Power.  Following the speakers, there will be a writing exercise offering 3 prompts to help guide members to write about enhancing their own spiritual action plan.  We will end the workshop with open sharing.
